1. Returns

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, cables, and accessories.
  • Custom-built or special-order items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at 📧 support@autolytecaraudio.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, including your receipt and RA number.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in your return email.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error.


2. Refunds

Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping, handling, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products may not qualify for a full refund.

3. Exchanges

Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Follow the return process, then place a new order for your replacement item.

  2. Return the original product following our provided instructions.
  3. Place a new order for your preferred replacement item through our website.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  2. Provide your order number, issue description, and photos (if available).
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
